I also provide supervision for therapist so that they can become licensed in the State of Florida.<\/p>\n<p>What is the prodigal pig?\u00a0 The prodigal pig come from the parable of the story of the prodigal son Luke 15:11-32.\u00a0 If you have not read the parable I\u00a0encourage you to read it.\u00a0 After the younger son leaves his father he wonders away and his life was full of despair.\u00a0 The prodigal pig has\u00a0wondered away from his father (the Lord) and he needs our encouragement from the blog to help him get closer to his father (the Lord). \u00a0<em><strong>For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.\u2019 So they began to celebrate Luke 15:24.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>It is a blog for Christians, or non Christians who would like to encourage their walk with God.\u00a0\u00a0After several years of providing therapy, and growing closer with the Lord myself I soon found that I had a wealth of encouragement in my library. I found that a lot of days I need encouragement, and so did my friends, family, coworkers, and patients.\u00a0 This blog is to encourage each other.\u00a0 \u00a0It is about sharing what encourages us, and moving closer with our walk with the Lord.\u00a0<em><strong> If therefore there is any encouragement in Christ, if there is any consolation of love, if there is any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose Philippians 2:1-2<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 We are all in this world together.\u00a0 I believe that what Jesus was brought to this earth more than anything is, love for him, and love for one another.\u00a0 I hope, and pray that this sight will bring us together even, if we never meet each other on this side of heaven!<\/p>\n<p>I also provide a video blog on tube.\u00a0 I am studying the book of Proverbs and you can check out the quick videos of the week at Women Lovin&#8217; Jesus on youtube.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My name is Jennifer Van Allen.\u00a0 I am a Christian Counselor in St. Petersburg, Florida.\u00a0 Faith In Counseling is where I practice licensed therapy, and work with individual, families and couples.
