Me:\u00a0 Prodigal, what has you upset?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Prodigal:\u00a0 I am fighting these aliens and I almost was able to level up and I died. How frustrating!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Me:\u00a0 Let’s take a break, I just found something in Chuck Swindoll’s book Living on the Ragged Edge and I wanted to share.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So long as I fight the hand of God, I do not learn the lessons He is attempting to place before me.\u00a0 Everything that touches me comes through the hand of my heavenly Father who continues to love me, who continues to maintain control of my life, who continues to be totally responsible for my life as He does with all His created things.\u00a0\u00a0 That’s why He’s God!<\/strong><\/p>\n

I encourage you to put this issue to rest.\u00a0 Come to terms with it.\u00a0 Recognize and confess how futile it is to fight against the sovereign hand of God.\u00a0 That is one of the greatest things that has reduced my anxiety level in the ministry.\u00a0 When I find myself getting anxious again it is usually because the size of mankind has gotten greater than the size of my God.\u00a0 The horizontal has overshadowed the vertical…and I have momentarily lost sight of who is still on the throne.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It seems you are getting too anxious right now.\u00a0 Don’t worry, God’s hand is still open.\u00a0 Give it\u00a0 to Him right now.\u00a0 All of it, just say that quick prayer of release and let God handle it.\u00a0 There is a point to all this.\u00a0 As you release He will slowly show you what He is trying to teach you!<\/p>\n
