“Come to Me.”\u00a0 When the circumstances of life are beyond our ability to bear them, where there seems to be no way for things to work out, when rapids hit and the boat threatens to\u00a0 capsize at any moment, when a sudden change in life plans cancels our dreams and reroutes the future, Jesus stands before us, and with His arms opened wide, extends this incredible invitation.\u00a0 Surrendering our burdens at His feet and placing each heavy parcel before the cross, we can choose to close our ears to competing commands and confusing directions, and listen for God’s voice alone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Right now it is important to listen to God’s voice only and not the world.\u00a0 The world can be negative and hopeless but our true source of hope comes from the Lord.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.\u00a0 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.<\/p>\n
