Me:\u00a0 I love the saying you don’t know your grits from gravy.<\/p>\n

Prodigal:\u00a0 Well trust me I do know my grits from my gravy and this is gravy!<\/p>\n

Me:\u00a0 I believe you do.<\/p>\n

One of the most frustrating things about Jesus is that He just won’t settle down.\u00a0 He is constantly moving us away from the places where we would prefer to stay….And moving us closer to ….where we do not want to go.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This does not mean that He is mad or trying to harm you.\u00a0 It just means that He is refining you so that He can work on skills that need improving.\u00a0 See if it was up to us, we would never work on those skills because it would mean moving away from where we have become comfortable.\u00a0 So even though it is difficult now, just keeping turning to Jesus and let your light shine among others.<\/p>\n
