 <\/p>\n

You can offer your ideas to others as bullets or as seeds.\u00a0 You can shoot them, or sow them; hit people in the head with them, or plant them in their hearts.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ideas used as bullets will kill inspiration and neutralize motivation.\u00a0 Used as seeds, they take root, grow, and become reality in the life in which they are planted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The only risk in the seed approach:\u00a0 Once it grows and becomes part of those in whom it’s planted, you probably will get no credit for originating the idea.\u00a0 But if you’re willing to do without the credit…you’ll reap a rich harvest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This side of heaven you will not get the applause or recognition of someone who has done a lot.\u00a0 God sees though and it will be made clear the part you played in God’s kingdom on earth at this time with these people of His.<\/p>\n
