Prodigal:\u00a0 There’s a yellow jacket in the outhouse kinda day.<\/p>\n

Me:\u00a0 Well, I am glad your here!<\/p>\n

This is from C.S. Lewis<\/p>\n

To trust Him means, of course, trying to do all that He says.\u00a0 There would be no sense in saying you trusted a person if you would not take his advice.\u00a0 Thus if you have really handed yourself over to Him, it must follow that you are trying to obey Him.\u00a0 But trying in a new way, a less worried way.\u00a0 Not doing these things in order to be saved, but because He has begun to save you already.\u00a0 Not hoping to get to Heaven as a reward for your actions, but inevitably wanting to act in a certain way because a first faint gleam of Heaven is already inside you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To trust, to obey and to submit.\u00a0 This means glory and love for our Lord!\u00a0 It may be a dying of the flesh to glorify the Lord but that is part of the submission.<\/p>\n

Titus 3:8<\/p>\n

This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works.\u00a0 These things are good and profitable to men.<\/p>\n
