Leadership in the sense of rendering maximum service; <\/strong><\/p>\nleadership in the sense of the largest unselfishness; <\/strong><\/p>\nin the sense of full-hearted absorption in the greatest work of the world:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\nbuilding up the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
Unselfishness that many may not see is in the heart of the leaders service.\u00a0 At times we keep our mouths shut, we allow some minor activity to take place because even though the focus is on people building up their ego and not focus on Christ.\u00a0 Why would we do that?\u00a0 Because sometimes we save the battle for something bigger.\u00a0 You have to let go some time.\u00a0 You have to know that God may just have to deal with that person and you cannot be the person who says something.\u00a0 So do not be selfish.\u00a0 Be humble and quiet and allow the Lord to deal with that person, even if it is not until much later.<\/p>\n
