How, then, can human nature change?\u00a0 Men have demonstrated that they cannot change themselves.\u00a0 Nor can men change other men.\u00a0 We have seen that education does not necessarily achieve it, nor legislation, nor raising incomes, nor plying them with all the gadgets that money can buy.\u00a0 That brings us to the crown of the Holy Spirit’s work among men.\u00a0 Only Christ can change the human nature, and it is the Holy Spirit that makes Christ available to needy mankind.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That is what happened to Saul of Tarsus, to Augustine, to Ignatius Loyala, to St. Francis of Assisi, and to thousands through the centuries.\u00a0 It is still happening to men and women in our day.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You never know how the Holy Spirit and who the Holy Spirit is going to change next….<\/p>\n
