Prodigal:\u00a0 What a cozy spot.<\/p>\n

Me:\u00a0 A perfect place for a tale.<\/p>\n

Prodigal:\u00a0 I am ready to listen.<\/p>\n

This is from the book\u00a0 Why Jesus? by Ravi Zacharias<\/p>\n

The tale would go something like this:<\/p>\n

In the beginning, God.<\/p>\n

God spoke.\u00a0\u00a0 But that was a long time ago.<\/p>\n

We wanted certainty-now.<\/p>\n

For this, only Reason and Rationalism would do.<\/p>\n

But that was not enough.\u00a0 We wanted to “test.”<\/p>\n

So we went into the senses and\u00a0 found the empirical.<\/p>\n

But that’s not what we meant by testing.\u00a0 We really meant “feeling.”<\/p>\n

So we found a way to generate feeling into the picture.<\/p>\n

Truth was framed into a scene.<\/p>\n

But the scene was left open to interpretation.\u00a0\u00a0 Scenes are not absolute.<\/p>\n

So the story was told as an art form.<\/p>\n

But the reader still didn’t like it, because he was not the author.<\/p>\n

So he read the story while he sat in a reconstructed and deconstructed cubicle to make of the story whatever he wished.<\/p>\n

But what does one do with the long reach of the empirical?<\/p>\n

The best way was to find a blend between the empirical and the satirical and end up with God again.<\/p>\n

The only difference was that God could not be the storyteller.<\/p>\n

We still needed God.<\/p>\n

So we became God.<\/p>\n

Are you going with your on tale today?\u00a0 Or you going to stick with God’s truth?\u00a0 Your choice.\u00a0 Your turn.<\/p>\n
