Prodigal: A man is also known by the company he avoids.
Me: Something to ponder.
This is from the book The Soul Winner by C.H. Spurgeon
If we all preach with the “Holy Spirit sent down from heaven” ( 1 Peter 1:12), the results will astound us. After all, there is no end to the power of the tongue! Look at the power of a bad tongue–what great harm it can do! Will not God put more power into a good tongue, if we will but use it right? Look at the power of fire: a single spark might set a city ablaze. Similarly, the Spirit of God being with us, we do not need to calculate how much or what we can do. There is no calculating the potentialities of a flame, and no end to the possibilities of divine truth spoken with the enthusiasm that is born of the Spirit of God.
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 2 Corinthians 3:17 (KJV)
